About

I'm a content and communications specialist in Melbourne. I turn technical and specialist material into content general audiences can follow: course and campaign videos, research films, staff training, documentary and writing.
The work behind the screen is where I'm strongest: working out what an audience needs to understand, writing the brief, directing the designers, animators, camera operators and editors who make it, and keeping the content accurate through a client's sign-off. Every Latitude video was captioned as standard.
Films I've directed or shot have screened at the Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival, MIFF, Flickerfest and the Big Sky Documentary Film Festival. Where is my Darling? won Best Short Documentary at the Antenna Documentary Film Festival and the CILECT Prize for best documentary in the Asia-Pacific region, and my cinematography on it won a Gold Award at the ACS Victoria and Tasmania Awards. Dust Cloud won Best Cinematography at the Canberra Short Film Festival. My documentary on the bushfire artwork Flashover was part of the submission that made the artwork a 2025 Lumen Prize finalist.
